A Muddled Thought

Paul Clarke of The Cocktail Chronicles discussed Cocktail Blogging, as well as Thursday Drink Night(TDN) which is hosted by The Mixoloseum.

Martin Miller himself, was present at this years Tales of the Cocktail to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the London Dry Gin that bears his name. Along with Martin presences, a limited bottling of Martin Millers was announced to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the gin.

Organized and run by Greg Boehm, of Mud Puddle Books this auction allowed attendees from all over the country and world the opportunity to purchase classic and vintage cocktail books going back to the 1800’s.

Organized by Live the Lush Life Productions, this was a gathering of bloggers, writers, and cocktail geeks that know each other via twitter. Drinks were provided by Don-Q Rums and prepared by James Menite of Porterhouse, NY and Esteban Ordonez. We also had a special guest of Mr. Cocktail himself, Paul Tunnerman.

It was really hot outside and there was plenty to drink. Before the fun filled evenings at Tales, this is how some people dealt with the heat and humidity.
